The hospital has five operating theatres located on two floors. Two of them are Ultra Clean Modular theatres, the first of their kind in the private sector. One of each will be dedicated to the two specialties. This theatre through their ultra clean design prevents infection and thereby reduces the hospital stay caused by post-surgery complications. This translates into lesser cost for the patients.

Of the other three theatres, two are for cataract surgery while the other is an emergency ENT theatre.
All theatres are equipped with state of the art Carl Zeiss microscopes which are located within spacious sterile areas.

The hospital has a fully equipped sterilization department located within the theatre area capable of handling all the sterilization needs. This includes, for the first time in Sri Lanka, a flash sterilizer enabling the quick turnover of cases.
